I'm sure you already knew enough, you cannot insist long because you are not setting any goal.
I set up a couple of goals for the girls in my dance class to achieve in 3 mons, eg, splits(front, left side, right side), wheels, arms, waist, ... hehe, enough for them to kill 20-30 mins everyday, the amazing thing is, some of them are actually doing everyday.
