最近瘦了些 晚饭早吃 吃完过一个小时或者半个小时运动 运动前刷牙 回家后不吃东西
以前是先运动 回家后吃东西
目标是减大腿 太粗了

昨天7月5日去gym了,居然人爆满,group exercise一堂没卯。我又长胖了一磅,惭愧啊惭愧,却不知道该怎莫办才好。乱!好在今天瑜伽完后跟我敬重的师姐聊了聊,她帮我理清了不少。人生得一知己足以,斯世当以同怀视之。
