Bullying isn’t clever.. It’s cowardly.. Whereas someone who’s is confident and strong would not feel the need to torment others in order to make themselves feel big and powerful..If your life is doing well, why would you feel the need to bring others down? What good would come out of it?

I think bullying speaks more about the problems of the bully than the victim.
