I am very lazy.  I dont exerise at all. 

I bought the most expensive Nordic Track Treadmills from Sears a few years ago

even set it up in my bedroom

I only used it less than 10 times

Now, it is in my basement

BUT, One thing I think I am doing it right is -- I eat healthy food.  I love vegitables and fruits.
