I only used it less than 10 times
Now, it is in my basement
BUT, One thing I think I am doing it right is -- I eat healthy food. I love vegitables and fruits.
See, you are doing something right. I should learn from you. They have less varieties of vegitables here than China. Vegi here are more expensive than meat! A lot of vegi I don't know how to eat. And I don't like eat salad, as Chinese old habbit, I like everything warm and cooked. I go Chinatown once a month to get vegi and fruits. Hehe...
