昨天熬夜工作查资料,加餐:煮鸡蛋1,1杯燕麦无糖低脂酸奶
breakfast: 11 am, tomato soup (1 tomato + 1 piece of salmon + seaweed + goji berry +1/4 cup brown rice)
lunch: tomato soup (1 egg, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 cup celery, 1 tomato, 1tsp of miso paste)
drink: iced oolong tea with lemon slices
dinner: arugula leave 1/4 cup, 1/6 lb sliced roasted turkey breast, 1/5 lb sliced herb roasted lamb, half donut peach, 3 pieces of cucumber slices, 2 walnut halves, 1/2 piece of celery, dressing = 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
workout: 8 mins, legs, abs, buns, arms. 2 hour kayaking.
喜欢上了那四个 8min系列,做上一阵看看。我的运动强度还是菜菜鸟,想再加一点长跑,仰卧起坐。

计算一下我最爱的番茄鸡蛋汤的热量,一切原料都是有机的: 1tsp olive oil, 50 cal, 1 middle size brown egg with OMGA3, 80 cal, 1 tomato (120 g) 25 cal, 1/4 cup of celery 5 cal; 1tsp miso paste, 15 cal; Total= 175 calories. 非常美味,可以当作一餐吃。

下个礼拜改换菜单。
skip wheat grass, tomato soup, arugula 一周。
加salmon. lamb, turkey breast, shrimp, spinach, avocado.

Weight: 112.8 lb
Breakfast: 11 am, 1 donut peach, Juice (1/2 granny smith apple, 1 carrot, 1 tsp green tea powder), 1 tsp of mixed sesame seed and flax seed.
Lunch: 2pm: Salad, 1/2 cup soba, 1/4 cup arugula, 1/5 lb sliced herb roasted turkey breast, 1 avocado, 1 small pack of tofu, 1/2 cup cucumber. Dressing: soy sauce +1 few drops of sesame oil + 1 drop wasabi paste
Drink: dragonwell green tea 1 pot
Dinner: 1/4 lb sliced lamb, 1/2 cup baby leaves, 4 walnut halves.
Workout: 8 mins legs, abs, arms, buns. 30 mins pilates, walk 2 hours.
汇报一下进展:
现在锁骨,肩部,手臂线条的线条进步很明显。很勇敢的穿无袖衫。腋下还有赘肉。肉肉我不怕,只要有弹性有线条就行,怕就怕软塌塌松软的肉。
说完成绩说问题:
腰部没有赘肉,但也没有4pack, 而且腰腹肌肉是我的薄弱关节,仰卧起坐做不了几个。上肢力量也不够,俯卧撑只能够10个一组的做。臀部因为久坐,所以还是不够翘,臀部和大腿连接处,有许多松软的肥肥。小腿的肌肉太明显了。线条不够美。

Lunch: 12 pm: mixed green salad (arugula leaves, snowpea, sprouts, watercress, seaweed, 1piece indian chicken)
Beverage: spicy cinnamon tea; oolong tea, lemon tea.
Snacks: 冰糖红枣银耳枸杞莲子羹 1杯, 1/4 cup blueberries
Dinner: salmon seaweed tomato celery soup
workout: 1 hour: 8 mins arms, legs, buns,abs, pilates, fitness.com videos.
late night snacks: 1/2 cup museli+ 1/2cup kefir+1/2 cup blueberry, light and small serving of miso soup, 2 tsp sesame seeds/flax seeds mix.
go to bed at 2 am.

Snacks: 2 cups of 冰糖红枣莲子枸杞银耳羹
Lunch: 3pm: 荞麦屋lunch box.
Drink: 2 tea bags of hot cinnamon spice tea, a cup of roasted brown rice green tea
Dinner: tomato, celery, carrot soup with a tsp of olive oil
Workout: 8 mins buns arms and legs, dirty dog 30 reps each side.
late night snack: scrambled egg white + mix green leaves + 1 tsp of olive oil.

Breakfast: 9am, scrambled 2 egg white + mix green leaves + 1 tsp of olive oil; 1 tsp of sesame seeds; 1 tbsp of kefir
Lunch: 1 pm: tomato celery carrot soup
Drink: 2 tea bags of hot cinnamon spice tea
Dinner: cucumber 1/2, 1tsp of olive oil, 1/4 cup egg white, soup
late night snack: 1/4 steamed fresh salmon + 1/2 sliced lemon, 4 walnut halves
Workout: 40 mins cycling in the early morning, dirty dog 40 reps each side. 8 mins legs, arms abs, buns.
看来我现在的状态不能够在外面吃,一吃体重马上飙升。昨天荞麦屋里估计那个天妇罗,芋头,杏仁豆腐甜品是罪魁祸首

Late night snacks: shrimp x 10; one riped avocado + 1 tbsp soy sauce. (avocado 300卡路里!!!怪不得吃完以后看到美食再也熟视无睹无动于衷了)
Workout: walk 4mile.
