lz应该是说impound account，就是银行要求把房子保险和property tax
每月和贷款一起付给银行，然后由银行付给保险公司和政府。
和escrow没关系，lz可能没搞清楚，以为是escrow。其实escrow只是
负责当初买房子时的closing手续，escrow charge的费用都是一次性的。

其实我还是觉得lz夫妻两个感情好最重要。
