最近锻炼坚持的很好, 基本上保证了一周至少4次 的crossfit, 上周做了5次,周日走路7mile.不过,吃了很多好吃的,麻圆,红豆沙烤饼,意大利面。
基本上我周一到周五会比较节制饮食,周日会放松一些。不过,一定不会超过规定的卡路里的消耗量,周一的卡路里的摄入是最低的,因为周末比较放纵。
好消息,又掉了三磅,所有的牛仔裤都松了,坏消息,我的阿曼尼,dolce gabbna, roberto cavali牛仔裤实在太松了,基本不能穿了, 又舍不得扔在一边,怕是要送出去改了。
