dinner:小麦草汁
workout: run 2 miles, 8 mins abs, buns, legs, arms, 倒蹬自行车100下,rolling up 40 reps,dirty dog 40 reps
late night snacks: iced water
昨天没有运动,又吃宵夜,长了1磅。真是立竿见影那。今天为了同事姐妹好友们午餐吃了很多,零食又是奶酪又是威化的,都豁出去了,非常豪爽,非常开心,所以晚上要更努力的运动。
吃饭出发前悄悄的和另一姐妹商量,伊说,嘿,你晚上不吃不就行了。遵命。

还是natasha poly. 我一向看人泳装就看坐着的时候,腹部有没有赘肉。 偶还有一张半葱油饼的冗余。

lunch: vegetable soup (tofu, tomato, zucchini, seaweed)
drink: iced oolong tea, rose tea
dinner: steamed wild salmon 1/4 lb with garlic, lemon, and onion.
snacks: 1tbsp flax and sesame seeds
late night snacks: 1 cup steamed broccoli
workout: jogging 1.5 miles, rolling up 50 reps, dirty dog, 40 reps, push up, 40 reps, 8 mins buns.
