我第一次听说，不了解这个，与神对话这本书里说人类没有take advantage 这么好的自然产物，让我曾好奇过怎么运用，今晚似乎明白了。

后者感觉有助于turn off some inhibition （虽然我觉得你可能本身也修炼的没啥inhibition需要turn off了，哈哈哈）。就是顺嘴一提哈。
