“办公司”不需要工作签证，工作签证是用来领工资用的。
musk直到1997年才拿到宾大的学位。而他2002年就是公民了。
Hunter获罪的原因也是类似，在买枪的时候没有诚实回答是否有用违禁药物的问题。一龙则是用行动违反uscis的规定。
