BTW, facebook won their suit in china, a similar situation. Actually for the facebook case, I buy the argument from the other company. Facebook isn't that famous in china. Iphone is more famous than facebook, in china.

我理解的意思是不著名，不在同一类别的就可以同名。
然而这个皮具并没有什么名气……
商标本来就是分商品类别的，手机跟皮具差那么远，不可能有人以为一个叫iphone的皮包就是个iphone, 不管苹果是不是驰名商标，这官司本来赢面就不是很大
知识产权法是有很多规矩的，不是只要叫几声知识产权知识产权，就可以什么都保护了的
中国是谁注册谁有 国际惯例是谁先使用谁拥有 没啥办法
反而这个皮包品牌像盗版！有名气很重要！
