目前就是土豆和oatmeal。
但是因为吃得多,也没有减重。
土豆能减重?我看美国人里面大胖子都是喜欢吃土豆片的,所以我坚决不吃土豆。
楼主改吃南瓜或者红薯吧。

土豆如果是蒸熟的 烤熟的 几乎不加油 可以减重

我啃红薯的时候是严格的100-110克之间的小红薯一个,大概一百卡。
我觉得吃什么都可以,关键是少吃。 要是晚了睡前没有饥饿感, 那就是吃得太多了。

没看见以前苏联人只吃土豆加牛肉,女人们上了年纪都胖得。 土豆什么时候变成精致碳水了?你还不如改吃玉米,应该不会增重。
