I paid $10 for 90-day free call. The limit is 300 minutes per 7-day period. If you are over the limit, they charge 1c per minute.

if you pay $10, you get free calling for 90 days to their list of countries or regions. For places that are not on the list you have to pay (e.g., Taiwan). After 90 days, you have to pay another $10 to start a new 90-day period. there's no limit to the length of your call.
