Relax. 6 months is quite normal for trying period.

If you feel anxious, go see the doctor.

There are a lot of good advice in this post already so I won't repeat.

I'm a very sensitive person. So I can feel my body temperature is relative higher than normal when I'm ovulate though I never measure it. And it would continue to be high if you get pregnant.
