吃东西尽量在家自己做了，到外面很难avoid，像pasta, pizza, bread, 很多snacks都有小麦成份。。。已经概括了超多美国事物。。。。

my friend can't avoid wheat as he's in college, it's simply too difficult to watch the ingredient. this disease is discovered relatively recently, as far as i know, the docs/scientists are not fully aware of the consequences yet, so yeah.....
