我也是,傍晚去对墙练习了45分钟的网球,虽然人没力气和踩棉花一样,但是还是挥汗如雨呀····每次打球完全身上下都湿透了。今天争取早点睡。昨天2-3点才真正睡着,这几天睡眠质量也不高,觉得很影响减肥进度。好在周六也有网球打,周日晚上游泳,只有这天有运动想肥都难。
mm吃得不多呀,有1800卡??我今天吃了半个木瓜,两个kiwi,bacon和liquid egg,还有牛奶燕麦葡萄干,下午又吃了一块巧克力cake,和soyjoy棒,还嘴馋吃了n勺巧克力榛子酱。傍晚吃了两口红烧牛肉面。 这是我一天的量。感觉我可能连1200卡都没有到。但是我仔细看mm吃的怎么会有1800卡呢?是周末难得一天还是天天在1800卡以上?
IMHO, you don't take enough lean protein, but too much sugar. That's why you feel hungry easily but hardly lose weight. You have to control the intake of fruits and snacks, like cake, icecream, and add more lean proteins and vegetables with weight training.
