Does anybody know what 401k plan is? and what is the payoff for participation? If my employer said I can choose to participate or not participate and he will pay 5% of my annual salary after the end of year for this plan, should I participate? if I choose to paricipate, how much I should pay by myself? Can I just pay zero and only ask my employer to pay the 5%? Thanks in advance.
