I think it will be a good change for u, after job hunting and the incident(comfort mm btw). work there a little bit and still look for job close to your hubby. With some working experience, it will be easier to find a new job.

btw, ur hubby is not a baby, he can take care of himself. ur in-law is kinda selfish, she only cares about her son but not how u feel.
