u don't need to ask for a decision again, coz you already did once, which showed your interest to them. that's good but enough. If you keep checking with them, they will feel you're desparate, it won't help. However, some companies do take a while to make hiring decisions. So keep looking and if they come back to you, you can decide at that time.
