what's ur exact job title and job description? an attorney can help to "refine" job description for u so that u will be the only one that qualifies. hehe.
based on info u gave, I feel proposal writing and event planning are your strong skills. computer skills is always a plus. you may play with flash a bit. u can download eval version from macromedia website.
it's great that you wanna acquire new skills, however, I recommend you think clearly and pick only the ones that will help you. otherwise, it's kinda waste.

程序不见得复杂，但是如果title和job description没弄好，事情就会人为地复杂起来。
我觉得当务之急是定一个好的title. 个人感觉coordinator的头衔用得很广，可以做很厉害的东西，也可以是adm assistant，就是打杂的。我现在的group里就有3个打杂的美国女生，有的连大学都没读过的。
所以，我的看法是用Graphic Manager更好一些。而且从Graphic Manager的角度来讲，你的photoshop, firework, flash skills就很符合了。macromedia如果有什么证书/培训，你也可以去考/上一个。而且，从美国人的角度来讲，精通这些软件的人不多。如果是coordinator，移民局的官员会想：谁不会coordinate呀，不一定要找外国人。
