国内买房好吗?要买估计也只能在上海卖。不是说现在一塌糊涂么。。。。。。。
It depends what kind of risks that you want to take. Usually the higher the risk, the higher the return.
Also, what kind of term are you look at? Is the money going to be invested long-term? Or do you need the money at some point in near future...too many unknowns makes answering this question a little difficult.
那如果是5年呢?起始2万,然后这5年内每个月剩下的钱也要投资(假设3千一个月)????????5年后要用。

20k + 36k*5 = 200k!!
i will use the first 20k to buy a investment property (it's hard to find good deal now) and sell it 5 years from now, of course during this 5 years you can rent out most of the time. it will be ideal if you can achieve positive cash flow from the initial 20k investment.
i assume even if real estate market is down, you will still be able to sell the property the same price you got at today. and possible appreciation. (although real estate market maybe worse than I assume). so if you have positive cash flow, your gain will be the equity build from the rent.
the next 3k every month, huh.. I will probably buy some gold, buy some MF, buy some bond, some in CDs. although I will probably have more in MF at first, and more in bond and CDs at the end since you need the money by the end of the 5th year.
this seems to be a pretty complicated money issue. cuz 1) time frame, not too long, not too short 2) risk tolerance is medium??
