Sometimes too much dietary fibers will slow down your small bowel and large bowel.


 


By looking at the list of food you have daily, maybe you need some "greasy" stuff, to stimulate the bowel peristalsis... Cook the veggies with olive oil instead of boiling or steaming. Even try some hash browns...


 


Give the GI tract a break from the foods you eat everyday.
