最近家里两个人肠胃都有些问题，约了医生，但是不知道该怎么形容症状，想问问有关肠胃方面的医学名词，或者有没有相关网站可以查询这些专用名词的？

胃酸 gastric acid, reflux

腹胀气，多屁 gassy

大便颜色深，疑似有便血 dark stool, suspecting blood. (terminology is hematochezia, melena)

痔疮，内痔，外痔，hemorrhoids, interal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids.

肠胃镜 胃镜 is EGD,  肠镜 is colonoscopy

有发烧症状，一天大便多次（但不是腹泻）fever, multiple bowel movements. 腹泻 is diarrhea.
