我上班都吃这个。 早上起来，喝一杯水，开车出门。到公司之后，饮水机的热水，2/3杯。放微波炉转2分钟（如果是冷水，就转4分钟）。打入一个鸡蛋。（对，我带一个鸡蛋上班。 ）搅碎，因为水很热，鸡蛋一下就熟了。然后加一包贵格麦片。COSTCO买的大盒，里面有各种口味，换着吃。 我觉得这么吃： 1。有CARB，不容易饿 2。有蛋白质 3。吃完如果有胃口，可以加一个香蕉。水果也有了。 4。方便呀方便。不用做，不用洗锅。 热量不知道，刚看了麦片包装，没有写。
