"As this is ofcourse a decision of significance, I would like to understand in more detail what your reason is for coming back and also what your expectations are about compensation, as this will obviously not be the same as the US salaries. "

How to reply??? Tell them a specific salary expectation or just say market price??? I know from friends their entry level only offer RMB150,000/year. Besides, I haven't decided to go back yet.
