But you have to go to certified dr's place to do such exam... I don't recall I need x-ray when I did this (a few months ago). The doctor knows the list.

It's not covered by the health insurance, at least I didn't hear such case.

The cost is $400 above (some ask 700 or more) for those doctors that I checked with...It also depends on how many extra injections that you need:)
