The buffet is called Oasis. Dinner is ~$25 and I think it's overpriced.
Lunch is only ~13 and onle a few things missing.
I always went for lunch when I still lived in the city.
There are plenty of fancy ones in the city.
People used to say that only philly's resturants and our Ochetra are comprable to NYC~ You can check Zagat. Some most famous Asian-fusions:

Susanna Foo
Buddakan
Tangerin

Just not cheap and you are paying for the decor and service...
Oh, there is Japanese one called Morimoto. He used to be an Iron Chef.
He sometimes cooks for dinner.
