Proton pump inhibitor. 我试了一天奥美拉错，不止疼，就换回了雷尼替丁。但在急诊注射的同类药protonix就立刻止疼了。医生也不清楚为什么。感觉我的症状很乱。谢谢你。

protonix is a type of PPI. apparently, you reapond better on PPI, so ask your doc to switch you to Nexeum or prolozec.

PPI usually takes longer to show effect, three days is reasonable timeline before you see effect.
