Still remember from the good ol' college days that interview shoes have to be the most conservative ones you can find. No buckles, no patent leather stuff, no pointy toes, heel has to be no higher than 2", blahblahblah...

Has the rule changed?? I'm very petite and have to stand tall (to be able to look in people' eyes without tilting my head in an awkward angle ) . I'll be wearing pant suits, so presumably, shoes get to hide under the pants most of the time... which of these would you choose? TIA
