Depends on who will interview you. Last week I had two phone interviews, one was recruiter, she just asked me some general questions including my background,interest and status. Then a technical person interviewed me again, this time all technical questions. It is alright,phone interview is just the first step, usually the technical questions from phone interviews are very basic.
