cost of tooth extraction actually may depends on which tooth.
I once had 6 teeth taken out at the same visit, two of them were just roots since
the teeth have decayed long time ago, the rest four are wisdom teeth,
and they were under the gum, so surgry was done to cut the gum open.
Later when I read the bill, I found only $50 each for those roots, but $300 each
for the wisdom teeth
