居然在LOBBY里发现FITNESS CENTER,不管了,晚饭也不想吃,实在太累。换好行头赶紧冲进去!
WARM UP没做几个,接近10天没规范运动,浑身僵的难受,不管那么多。冲上了TREADMILL
换了各种速度,JOGGING,RUNNING……使劲折腾那个机器。估计机器也是高寿拉,大卡数量蹭蹭上的很快,比我家那里的快了N倍,所以还没跑到0.5mile 偶已经消耗上百大卡的热量了,倍ER 哈皮,倍ER爽快……
STRECH 3分钟

天气鄹变,白天都是零度,前些阵子园子盛开的花 全吹落地上,人一出门就哆嗦…… 没去CENTER 跑步。
在家ISO BALL SIT UP,使劲RL了: 上腹部 抬腿30个X3
下腹部ISO BALL SIT UP 正面60,左边20,右边20,2组

今天放假在家,很是惬意!

since Feb. 15th I've picked up 40-minute spot pilates everyday (belly+butt+thigh+body), and didn't have sour muscles as I had last summer...seems like I could add some ISO BALL procedures soon, xixi~~~
Is there any DVD to buy for such ISO BALL exercises?

拉伸腰部韧带、跨部韧带、小腿大腿韧带 一共20分钟
放松操一套 8分钟
发现现在韧带好紧,人老了真的柔韧差了许多。

前端时间忙的工作暂时告一段落
无比舒畅,虽然白天发了点烧,不过大睡了一天以后,还是去了CENTER
TREADMILL 45 分钟,变速跑 4.5 -- 5.6 --- 8.0--- 5.0
预热 10分钟,做了一套柔软操,幸好8点以后CENTER基本不会有人来,否则看我拧成一团揉在地上,说不定会帮我叫911呢 嘻嘻
STRECH 5分钟。
OVER
2月完成的还凑货,除了情人节期间+出差,没有坚持的很好。

ok, me ding again...
now it's 3:21am here...sigh, slept too early and now got up...should I still go do pilates, or skip it tonight? think hard

I did go downstairs and finished my 40-min pilates that night, and went back to bed at 5am something, xixi~
