You need a good massage therapist. My old message therapist was from China and he was really good. He had treated many American patients who had car accidents but found western treatment such as operation little use. Those patients had great pain in the past but after his treatment, they felt much better. I had some neck problems (one neck bone was twisted) when I incorrectly practised yoga, he was able to feel which bone was not in alignment and helped adjusted it. Before him, I tried acupunture but found it not as helpful. So I would suggest finding a GOOD TuiNa or massage therapist with experience in treating neck problem would be helpful.
