AVAT and MRH offer max 1 gallon hydrosol, and AVAT is cheaper. 1gallon is around 60$, MRH is 102$. But MRH lavender hydrosol does not smell good based on Fannie's responds, and I don't like it either. Somebody love ATVT's lavender hydrosol, but I never tried.

I have never used lavender hydrosol from these research link, so be cautious.
刚刚又去深深得闻了两口，回来报告。 首先是一种很甜很甜的味道，再多闻两口呢就觉得甜味之后有着一种比较特殊的植物的味道。暂时我没有想到什么例子来形容这种味道，但不是花的香味，也不是水果的甜味。感觉像草，但是不像新割过的草坪，没有那么新鲜。 讲了好像没讲，嘻嘻。MM还是自己试试吧，500ml是$11.92。他们还有另外一种熏衣草花水，好像便宜一点点，我没有试过。
我用了一周了，还是觉得味道有点怪，不过也不是很排斥啦。效果嘛，可能不是一日之功，也就不妄加评论了。
If you tried Lavandula angustifolia, then it should be the right one. have you ever use other lavender hydrosol before to compare with it? according to your description of smell, it should be a good one. I am really really interested in this one.

以后还是多用粉水，可是粉水我用了被香得快要昏过去了。现在嘛～嘿嘿，玫瑰的味道好好闻诶～～～
if you add some TOU4 MING2 ZHI4 SUAN1 to hydrosol, then there is nothing 粉水 could surpass hydrosol....in my eyes...
这两种属于不同的品种.
前面一种被称之为西班牙薰衣草, 也叫意大利薰衣草, 不过同属于法国薰衣草系, 原生于地中海盆地.
第二种就是我们最常见的true lavender, 狭叶薰衣草. 长在海拔较高山区, 我们常说的长在法国普罗旺斯的高地薰衣草大多属于此品种.
第一种因为提练后闻起来有比较强的油味, 不太符合精油的使用, 所以一般精油产品中很少见到这个品种, 主要作为观赏或者制作干花等; 而第二种这种因为萃取提炼之后的樟脑味较少,香味品质较佳,所以被广泛用于芳疗以及香水制造业中。
