in my school, there is another status called filling status which means



your committees agree that you already qualify for graduation



just need a minor modificaton on your thesis.



under filling status, you can reduce the tuition from $8400 (in my school) to aroudn $100.



but the point is you can only do it once,



and right after the filling status, you have to graduate from school.
