Nope. You just need to fill out the form that is exactly described in the first page. There is one line in the form showing: receiving bank name and address. So when you fill out: Wachovia Bank, NA, etc, it means you take Wachovia as an intermediate bank.

If you don't specify Wachovia in that line, I guess WAMU will use HSBC to transfer money for you, by default.
