"Don't be like a stranger", that's what my co-worker just told me. Indeed, just like you, the true me is in a different world.

If there are some limits that won't allow to leave your current job right now, such as money or GC,
try to do something else that will insterest you and can engage you at home.
I feel that helps a lot and the performance at work is more effecitve too.
