To have temporary relief from the pain, you can take UriStat. It's available in most drugstores or pharmacies. I've used it before and it's very very effective. But you can't take it for over two days. It may hide the fact that you are still infected.

Go see a doctor soon and they'll determine what exactly the virus is. They'll write you some antibiotics to fight it.
