Even if it become current for 1 or 2 month, so that I can file 485 and EAD, my LG should be able to get saved (given that my LC is out of EBC with approval at that time). I really don't care how long they keep me waiting for my GC, as long as they allow me to apply EAD for my LG, I'm happy enough. But could it happen within 3 years before my LG's h1 expire? I can only pray...
