How do I dispute inaccurate information?

You
may file a dispute by contacting the credit bureau that reported the
inaccurate information (be sure to keep records of all correspondence,
phone calls or emails). The bureau will then check with the original
source. This dispute process can take up to 30 days. Please click here

Experian does not accept disputes by mail or phone, but you may file a dispute online by visiting http://www.experian.com/rs/fi1.html.
