还是不太明白信用卡怎么来付房屋贷款。 是属于CASH ADVANCE吗？ 这样的手续费有3％左右的。还是说积攒着信用卡的钱不还， 自己的钱先还房贷。 谁能给我讲讲
对，从信用卡借钱还房贷，叫balance transfer。transaction费一般是3%但是最高只收$75，也有很多promotion完全免去这笔钱的

还是问问你的loan agent吧， 我记得我的agent 跟我说过好像用这种0% balance transfer will hurt your credit score. 那么以后refinance 可能会受到影响。
that's right to a certain point. If you plan to refiance, pay off all credit card before your apply.
And after you pay off, your credit card score will be higher than someone who never borrows
you can refinance as often as you want and the rate can save you money.
I know a couple refinance 5 times during 2003 when rate was keeping going down.
