版版能不能帮忙看看，是不是我的税表哪里填错了才会这样的？

lg F1>5年，我F2，Eric是06年底美国出生，3人都有SSN，填的税表是1040

lg的奖学金只交了联邦税，已经全退回来了

Economic Stimulus Payment ，退了600

我在https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?app=IRACTC&action=rebate查status：

Your total Stimulus payment was calculated as $600.00 and consists of the following:

• Basic Amount: $600.00.
  
• Qualifying Child Amount: $0.00 (Based on 0 qualifying children).----为什么eric不qualify呢？

Your payment of $600.00 is scheduled to be deposited to your bank on May 16, 2008. If you do not receive the credit by May 21, 2008, check with your bank to find out if it has been received. Please wait until May 21, 2008 before you contact us again because we are unable to take any action until then.

Your Stimulus payment was reduced based on your 2007 qualifying income, or it was limited to the amount of your 2007 Net Income Tax Liability.----只退600是因为lg的奖学金少，而且税全部退回来了吗？

我用http://www.irs.gov/app/espc/的计算器算的是退900

但还看见别人说，家里2个大人一个小孩，退的1500（不知道他们的身份状态）
