I met a professor, world bank background. She always thought that the Chinese land use system is bad and there should be a reform.......I talked with her but she still says lots of negative things about China and other developing countries. I wrote my final paper to express my own analysis and she gave me a B- (my lowest score). Shame on her, but I don't care about scores that much.
