我老公还能来得了么？我很难过

我是J1，来了后申请J2,本来以为不会有什么问题，可是想不到。。。。。我真的很难过，在OIS的办公室当场就掉泪了。

这是他们给我的信，请姐妹们读一读，好么？

I regret to inform you that our office cannot issue a DS-2019 form for your spouse at this time. The government (SEVIS) system has locked our University access to your record. The SEVIS system reports you as a No Show because you arrived more than 30 days after the start date on your DS-2019. This means that your record is currently unavailable to us for updates, changes or any additions such as adding a dependent on your immigration status.

We have asked for the Govt. to fix your SEVIS record by requesting a DATA Fix. Mary is working diligently on your case to correct this problem. After the government fixes the data in the system and releases to your record again, we will be able to add your spouse and issue a DS-2019 form.

接到信后，我很惊讶，因为我并没有超过30天入境，和我同样的start time,同时到美国的同学已经都把老婆接来了，怎么会这样？后来安慰自己，不会fix很长时间的，于是过了一个月后再去OIS去问怎么样了，想不到答复是还没有收到，然后我问一般fix需要多长时间？回答说有一年的，我向我的眼睛开始红了，我又问那我能回国么？回答可以回国，但可能签不出来，我就掉眼泪了，我来了半年了，我很想念我的老公，可是。。。。。

姐妹们，你们遇到过这样的情况么？我老公还能来么？
