急问求助: 皮肤象苞疹????(无保险)

老爸星期天(昨天)手上突然出现一个小范围(拇指大小)的淡红斑,有密集的小水泡.不痛
不痒.今天早上有大了,有两个拇指大小,呈淡红色. 到了晚上向四周扩散,水泡也变大了
(颜色如肉色,偏红),长度有8cm, 宽度有5cm,有轻微的痒.
有达人可解释一下,这是水痘吗? 或者可能是什么情况?什么病症? 要怎样治疗?

可能是病毒,没保险看医生可以付现金,一般是$60.

我每年都长疱疹。还长在脸上过。我觉得有点像呢？
洗澡的时候沾热水就会很痒？
我长疱疹的时候也不痛的
如果是疱疹，那还好办。阿昔洛维药+ 阿西罗维软膏。我一般是1个星期好，第二个星期蜕皮。
忌牛羊肉和香料，吃清淡些，要吃维生素b6+b12。疱疹会扩散的，千万别挠。

对了，没有保险的话，一个办法是先去pharmacy,问问pharmacist，他们也许给你建议一些非处方药，用2天试试，不好去看医生。

Thanks, a lot! I will bring him to the pharmacy and see whether they offer some opinion. But your adivice has really been helpful. I was not aware of this type of rash before so it is definitely a new knowledge to me, and for the baby's well-being as well. No matter what the problem is eventually, I appreciate it.

by the way, some 刺痛感已经开始．Poisonous ivy doesn't seem to cause the burning?
症状和照片都挺像我正在犯的过敏性皮炎或叫过敏性荨麻疹，也有可能是湿疹，反正英文都是eczema，根源都是过敏，只是荨麻疹是因为血热，湿疹是因为体内湿气。
看医生的话，就是给开一些激素类的药膏，我坚持要的非激素类的，因为我的是在脸上，但涂了药膏也不管用，总是反复，最后还是看中医，喝了大概5副药了，终于有了好转。
建议你们先吃一些抗过敏药，比如LORATADINE，非处方的药架上就有的，但对于我效果不大。这个就是要赶紧治，转成慢性的就很麻烦。可以去育婴论坛看看，那里的妈妈为了给小孩治湿疹，有很多偏方，其实用在大人身上也会有效果的。
