The first step in the petition process is filing a Prevailing Wage Request (PWR) with the California Employment Development Department (EDD)/Department of Labor (DOL).

The second part of the process which is OISS signing the final forms and filing the petition with the California Service Center.

我现在已经刚刚完成第一步，需要交$1000 via premium processing做第二步。

应该没问题吧？
