I just notice that too. When I opened my account the advisted CD APY is 5.5%. I was told by Customer repensitive today that it is 5.35%

No wonder the interest I earned this month is much lowered than the first month.

I usually didn't pay much attention, but why the latest month interest would be much lower than the previous ones? It didn't make sense to me. My interest should give birth to interst too.

How could citi lower the rate without notifing the customer???

Now my case is under investigation since I opened the account online they couldn't approve the rate was 5.5% when I opened it.
