what to do? it has been about 1.5 months. we used certified mail so we know they got it. but the money was not taken away from our account till now. what is going on? should we call?

Is here the place to check? is not it just for checking refund? we need to pay more tax instead of getting refund. so... guess not helpful.
since most ppl said it is very fast for them to take money away from you, we are nervous why they did not cash out ours yet.
