我曾亲历过唐山大地震,我现在发现汶川的救人方式有点问题,如果采用我的建议会有更多的人挽回生命:
从废墟中救出的人有些好像已经死亡,但其实是长时间埋在地下造成的窒息.如果抬出来后先不用布盖住,让其置于室外并洒些水淋一淋有可能会复活.唐山大地震时我的哥哥被挖出来后就已经没有一点气了,我们都以为他已经死了,就放在地上,但由于震后下了雨,被雨水淋过以后,过了十多分钟,我哥哥奇迹般地的有了呼吸.
这几天我一直在打红十字会的电话想把这个建议转达灾区救援队,但一直占线,请相信我,我是唐山人,是亲历者.
请四川的同胞想办法能把我的建议转达最好.

I am a survivor from Tangshan Earthquake (1976), I found some problems with the current method of rescue. Please take my suggestion to save more lives:
Many people who were just rescued looked lifeless, but they are still ALIVE. It's caused by the long hours of suffocation under the rubble. Do not cover them with fabric, instead lay them down outdoors, spray some water on (their body), some of them may come back to life.
My brother was in that situation when he was taken out from under, we all thought he's gone so we just left him on the ground. It was raining after the quake. After ten minutes, like a miracle, he started breathing again.
I have been trying to call the Red Cross to pass this suggestion to the rescue teams, but the line is always busy.
Please trust me. I am a survivor from Tangshan Earthquake.
Please help to pass the message, save a life with small action.

我手敲一段文字，你们看，要不要翻译了，加上网页上：
我们不能不建设一块更美丽更安全更关怀每一个个体的土地，因为在这块土地下，埋藏了那么多，那么多曾经纯洁、曾经无辜、曾经热望的眼睛。
On this land we must build a community that's safer, more beautiful, and more caring for every individual. Because under the ground there were so many so many eyes that were pure, innocent, and hopeful.
我觉得我没有把“曾经” 的感觉翻译出来，只是用了were。。。
艾米的帖子里有总汇，更新一下就好。刚刚顶上来。。。
我的限额已经用完了。
个人建议。组织一起捐款的事情，保险一点比较好。家小这里很多Id都互相了解信任，闲话那里虽然信息交流快，可是人多也杂。我不建议在那里组织，因为要捐款必然要互相告知私人联络的方式。
我觉得倡议就好，关系好的MM们了解了情况可以私下组织，不要到网上来。

绵阳九州体育馆内600余名受灾儿童开始复课，OSCCF为他们捐赠了600套学习用品。
现在，救灾的工作已经进入了一个新的阶段，重点放在了疫情的防御上，OSCCF赶制了一批宣传材料，召集义工们前往灾民聚居地进行发放，并向他们宣传相关知识，同时向当地群众发送消毒用品。同时，OSCCF也在通过已经建立起来的救灾渠道，尽快将口罩，手套等防护物资发送到第一线的战士们手里。

More than 600 children resumed their classes in Jiuzhou Stadium of Mianyang, with 600 sets of school supplies donated by OSCCF.
Currently the disaster relief effort has entered another crucial stage, focusing on preventing epidemic outbreaks. OSCCF rushed out some education materials and sent volunteers to victims' residential areas to promote the knowledge, as well as to distribute disinfection supplies. Meanwhile OSCCF use their established channel to keep sending masks, gloves and other protective products to the soldiers who are rescuing in the front line.
